CLASSES & WORKSHOPS *

A guided breathwork experience for artists and creatives to slow down, reset, and reconnect. Chris will lead participants through breathing and grounding practices that support relaxation, reflection, and creative well-being. No previous experience is needed.

Chris holds a master’s degree from Webster University with a concentration in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral and experiential therapies, including mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and breathwork. His work has included developing trauma-informed programs for professionals and first responders in the U.S. and internationally. He brings that broad experience to this guided wellness and creative practice, designed for reflection and grounding.

For makers, creative professionals, and anyone seeking a better connection to self.

Designed for anyone curious about creative self-reflection, including actors, theatre-makers, and artists of all kinds, this hands-on visual art workshop explores how life experience shapes the art we make. Through drawing, collage, and group-making, participants will reflect on what we carry, what we keep, and what we leave in the community. Led by Kim McCoy, MS, ATR-P (Provisional Registered Art Therapist) visual artist, and musician, the workshop offers a creative, reflective experience with therapeutic benefits. It is not a clinical therapy session and open to the public, with pre-registration.

For artists, makers, and reflective creatives.

These sessions, presented in collaboration with Assembly,  are open to all levels of performers, artists, and professionals.
