Play Night is no ordinary fundraiser — it’s our way of inviting you into our story.
Hosted by friends of ROŪGE who are transforming their beautiful homes into Broadway-inspired stages, each party is uniquely themed and paired with custom cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. You choose the Broadway show you want to attend — and dress to match the theme!
Every year, ROŪGE takes on projects that push boundaries, elevate new voices, and bring the community together through live theatre. But none of that is possible without your support. Your ticket is more than admission — it’s a vote for new work, community, and shaping a space where risk-taking art can thrive.

Come dressed to dazzle with glitter, feathers, and a touch of mischief—or slip into the costumes, makeup, and accessories waiting for you, and strut straight into the fun.

When and where is PlayNight happening?
PlayNight will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Start times for parties may vary, so read the event webpage details carefully before purchasing your ticket.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes:
Entrance to the themed house-party of your choice
Drinks and heavy hor d’ouveres depending on your party
Exciting live entertainment that varies from host to host
What should I wear?
PlayNight is part gala, part theatre experience—so come ready to make it an occasion! Suggested attire is cocktail but comfortable. All of the unique parties have themes and looks, with hosts that would love to see your Creative Ensemble so come place with us and dress for the theme YOUR way!
Will there be opportunities to donate beyond ticket sales?
Yes. Guests will be invited to participate in a special fundraising opportunity at the conclusion of the event, which includes a sneak peek into how your donor dollars will support ROŪGE’s vision in the new year.
I can’t attend—can I still support?
Absolutely. ROŪGE is and always has been supported by the generous year-around support of it’s donors, sponsors, and friends. A monthly donation of just $20.00 goes a long way to supporting unique and innovative job opportunities, experiences, and art right in your backyard.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available via our website rougeva.org/playnight. Just click the party you are interested in, and it will take you to your purchase page. All tickets are digital, but you will receive a receipt via email upon completion of purchase.
Is this a family-friendly event?
PlayNight is designed as an adult evening with cocktails, dinner, and performances. Guests 18 and above are welcome, but will not be served cocktails or specialty drinks for the evening.
Can I sponsor a table or bring a group?
Yes! While most of our events don’t have proper table seating, groups are welcome to become sponsors and have a special experience at their respective party. For details on our sponsorship packages, or bulk purchasing opportunities please email collaborate@rougeva.org.
What is the fundraising goal?
PlayNight fuels ROŪGE’s innovative productions, artist residencies, and community programming. This year, our goal is to raise $45,000, with every contribution supporting the artists and audiences of our upcoming season.
